Md. Mustafizur Rahman leverages 24 years of experience in banking, honed across multinational and leading private banks. He began his career in 2000 at ANZ Grindlays Bank, then progressed through positions of increasing responsibility at HSBC, Eastern Bank Ltd., Bank Asia Ltd., and most recently, The City Bank Ltd. There, he served as Senior Vice President and played a pivotal role in the success of the Retail Banking transformation team. Mr. Rahman holds a Master of International Trade and Business (MITB) from the University of Dhaka, an MBA from East West University, and boasts relevant industry certifications like the ACBA from IBA, University of Dhaka and the CEEB from BIBM.

Mr. Rahman joined GSPB on August 28, 2019.

Mr. Rahman holds an MBA (Executive Program) in Finance from Institution of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. He has seventeen years of experience in different reputed FIs in varied fields such as Marketing, Recovery, Special Asset Management, Legal and Branch Management.

Ms. Zeenat Alam, joined in GSP Finance Co. (Bangladesh) Limited in 2009 as a Management Trainee Officer. She is responsible for the Credit function of GSPB as Deputy General Manager. In addition she is also responsible for the Sales team of GSPB.

She has completed her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) & Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees from Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB).

Mr. Shazzad Hossain, joined GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited in August, 2012 as Head of Sales. He has worked in Standard Chartered as Assistant Sales Manager of CTB (Consumer Transaction of Banking) & SME-Deposit. He started his career with Standard Chartered since July, 2001.

He is responsible for managing and monitoring the Deposit and SME Sales Team of GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited.

He has completed his B.Sc. and M.Sc. Degree in Chemistry. He has also completed Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from a reputed university.

He had commenced his journey with GSPB in 2013 and has held various roles before assuming the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2021. Additionally, he serves as the Chief Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer (CAMLCO) of GSPB.
