Mr. Md. Wahidul Islam is the Managing Director & CEO (C.C) of GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) PLC.

He has more than 18 years of professional experience in finance. Since joining GSP Finance in 2013, he has been working in finance, treasury, taxation, credit, loan recovery, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.Mr. Islam has strong knowledge of financial management, business and credit, treasury operations, taxation, risk management, and regulatory reporting. He is recognized for his practical leadership, sound decision-making, and commitment to good governance and regulatory compliance.He holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Dhaka College and has partly completed the Chartered Accountants under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).Before joining GSP Finance, Mr. Islam worked at Opsonin Pharma Limited and A. Wahab & Co., Chartered Accountants, where he gained valuable experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and corporate finance.

Since assuming the role of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (C.C) on 15 July 2026, Mr. Islam has been leading the Company with a strong focus on financial stability, loan recovery, sustainable growth, good governance, regulatory compliance, and creating long-term value for shareholders and other stakeholders.

Mr. Rahman joined GSPB on August 28, 2019.

Mr. Rahman holds an MBA (Executive Program) in Finance from Institution of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. He has seventeen years of experience in different reputed FIs in varied fields such as Marketing, Recovery, Special Asset Management, Legal and Branch Management.

Ms. Zeenat Alam, joined in GSP Finance Co. (Bangladesh) Limited in 2009 as a Management Trainee Officer. She is responsible for the Credit function of GSPB as Deputy General Manager. In addition she is also responsible for the Sales team of GSPB.

She has completed her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) & Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees from Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB).

With over 20 years of expertise in branch banking, retail banking, SME banking & corporate banking, Mr. Rony is a highly accomplished financial professional. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager, Marketing at GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited, He drives strategic initiatives to foster growth and operational excellence.

Mr. Rony holds a Master’s in Management and an MBA from a reputed university. He began his career in 2004 with Standard Chartered Bank as a relationship manager and has since held key roles at Eastern Bank Limited, BRAC Bank Limited and IIDFC Plc, gaining extensive experience in customer engagement, financial solutions and business operations.

Mr. Md. Ariful Alam, is the Company Secretary (C.C) of GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) PLC., with over 11 years of comprehensive experience in corporate affairs across renowned organizations. Prior to joining GSP, he served as Company Secretary in key leadership roles at Ananta Group and ACME Group, two of Bangladesh’s prominent companies. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB).

Md Abu Horaira Chowdhury is a legal and recovery management professional with extensive experience in the banking and non-banking financial sectors. He is currently serving as Manager of the Legal & Recovery Department, where he leads legal operations, recovery strategies, and compliance affairs with a strong focus on efficiency and accountability.

Mr. Chowdhury is a practicing Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and a postgraduate from the University of Dhaka. Throughout his career, he has worked with several reputed institutions, including Union Bank Limited, Uttara Finance and Investments Limited, Premier Leasing and Finance Limited, and a reputed law firm. His diverse experience spans from litigation management and Artha Rin execution to corporate legal advisory and recovery enforcement.

Known for his analytical mindset, negotiation ability, and leadership in resolving complex legal matters, Mr. Chowdhury has established himself as a trusted professional in legal and financial recovery management.
