GSP FINANCE Declares 15.50 % Cash Dividend
The 21st Annual General Meeting of GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited was held on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at the ‘Trust Milonayaton’, 545 Old Airport Road, Dhaka Cantonment Dhaka. The Shareholders approved 15.50% Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2015 in the Annual General Meeting.
The Meeting was presided over by Mr. Feroz U. Haider, Chairman of the Company and attended by local, foreign & independent Directors, honorable shareholders and other senior officials of the Company. The shareholders thanked the Board of Directors and the Management of the Company for the success and continuous growth of the Company.
