10th Extra – Ordinary General Meeting of GSP Finance
Mr. Feroz U. Haider, Chairman of GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited presides over the Company’s 10th Extra – Ordinary General Meeting by using Digital Platform (pursuance to BSEC Order no. SEC/SRMIC/94-231/25, dated July 08, 2020) on December 26, 2023. The Company amended its name clause no. 01 of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company in the EGM to change the name of the Company to “GSP FINANCE COMPANY (BANGLADESH) LIMITED” to “GSP FINANCE COMPANY (BANGLADESH) PLC”. The Vice-Chairman of the Board Dr. ATM Shamsul Huda, Ambassador Anwarul Bar Chowdhury, Independent Director, Ambassador F.A Shamim Ahmed, Independent Director, Mr. Faridul Hassan, Independent Director of the Company and Mr. Md. Zillur Rahim Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO (C.C) of the Company were also present in the meeting.
